So as I was posting instagram stories and talking to friends about how happy I was during quarantine, I faced a lot of questions.Me telling "Quarantine is awesome !" makes them feel like I'm bluffing or pretending like those fake people who post luxuries lifestyle when in reality, are running in debt. I even talked to a blogger who faced a burnout recently and as I keep interacting with friends and new people over the internet realize that many students are going through depressi...

What is burnout? (Psychology, symptoms & recovery strategy explained)

So this post covers all you need to know about burnout from what causes a burnout, symptoms to find if you feel you are experiencing it and how to recover from it.Since this corona virus outbreak became a pandemic, Nurse burnout is being talked about a lot! What is Burnout ? So if you are totally new into the productivity lifestyle like I was about an year ago, you must have probably been thinking that once you have learnt some productivity techniques and have started to implement them, you can work like a super machine 24 / 7 . This is because you feel you weren't able to do that only because you were lazy to do anything before. But the fact is you can get tired of overworking also, this is the non obvious side of the story when it comes to productivity. You get super tired of what you love to do and you feel a temporary loss of attachment towards something that you always claimed was your passion. What does meditation have to do with productivity?

Basically when I started to hear about meditation, i thought it was something over hyped or something that isn't that Legit. Trying out new things this Quarantine time, I stumbled upon a video by the Fit Tuber YouTube channel which is a channel I'd take recommendations from when it comes to healthy eating habits and body building tips. I've seen many YouTube thumbnails suggesting me videos of meditation. But I had this misconception that meditation is something that takes hours to compete per session. But this guy, Vivek Mittal added a 1 minute guided meditation session at the end of the video. And that made me check it out. So as I started to get my misconceptions cleared out, I started to love this a lot and I'm doing it everyday. Meditation as a routine.  If you noticed, many successful people claim to have meditation in their morning routine. Meditation isn't something restricted to a single faith. Due to the positive impact of meditation on pro...

Are you a human being or human doing?

Quite interesting and eye opening question I'd say. If you don't know and wondering what this is all about, this is about over working. Or working too intense without any human interaction. Remember that guy / girl who badly talks to people in class? Or that person who always looks like he's very in approachable to people by the work driven busy body language he shows? This article is all about that. So one may argue that, "Yes that's what a workplace is meant for. "Nobody pays me to talk around and waste my time, they pay me for work " which is arguably true. But is it what a job / college is all about? Or is it life all about the money making? No.right? It is about enjoying what we do. In order to enjoy something to the fullest, the basic needs of a human being needs to be met. If you follow along with my blog, i recently wrote an article titled "How to use social media helps to stay productive" which talks on the same concept ...
