Quite interesting and eye opening question I'd say. If you don't know and wondering what this is all about, this is about over working. Or working too intense without any human interaction. Remember that guy / girl who badly talks to people in class? Or that person who always looks like he's very in approachable to people by the work driven busy body language he shows? This article is all about that. So one may argue that, "Yes that's what a workplace is meant for. "Nobody pays me to talk around and waste my time, they pay me for work " which is arguably true.
